The Global Commodities Applied Research Digest (GCARD) was produced from 2016 through 2022 by the J.P. Morgan Center for Commodities (JPMCC) at the University of Colorado Denver Business School, in association with Premia Education, Inc.
The GCARD covered topical issues in the agricultural, metals and mining, and energy markets as well as in commodity finance. The selection of articles was based on how relevant articles were to the concerns of professionals engaged in the business of commodities.
Each issue of the GCARD drew from the J.P. Morgan Center for Commodities’ (JPMCC’s) research insights and professional educational offerings for the benefit of commodity industry practitioners.
The GCARD’s Editor was Hilary Till, the JPMCC’s Solich Scholar; and the GCARD’s Associate Editors were Ana-Maria Fuertes, Ph.D., Bayes Business School – City, University of London (U.K.) and Joseph Eagleeye, Premia Research LLC. The GCARD’s Editorial Assistant was Katherine Farren, CAIA, who is also a Research Associate at Premia Education, Inc.
In addition, the GCARD was supported by a prestigious set of sponsors and partners and by an accomplished Editorial Advisory Board.
The GCARD‘s successor publication is effectively the Commodity Insights Digest (CID).
